Polish Catholic Mission at Ilford Park

Ilford Park is a place in the West of England that was used after the Second World War to provide accommodation for displaced Polish Servicemen and their families who were unable to return to Poland. It is a self-contained community on the outskirts of Newton Abbot that is now run as a Nursing Home for elderly Polish people. Ilford Park has it's own Catholic Chapel and a resident Catholic Priest who provides Mass and Pastoral care for the people who live at Ilford Park and also in the larger community that surrounds it in Devon and Cornwall.
