This provides a set of standards for the whole of the Healthcare sector to follow. In particular it provides employers with guidance on addressing the potential adverse effects of the migration of immigration on the healthcare systems of developing countries. Social Care Institute for Excellence Code of Practice for recruiting overseas workers

Care Sector employers can sign up to 12 main principles of good practice from recruitment to health assessments and information provision.
