ESW Event - Cancellation Policy

ESW reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. We will inform you by telephone and email should this situation arise, and will provide a full refund of any fees paid.

On some occasions it may be necessary for ESW to change the date or venue of an event. Should this happen we will do our best to contact you by phone and/or email. Any changes to an event from those published will be highlighted in a covering email when you receive your final event details/confirmation.

If you need to cancel your place on any event, please confirm this in writing either by letter, email or fax prior to the event. If a substitute will be attending, please provide their name, role and any access/dietary requirements to the administrator.

Should you not be able to provide a substitute, please note the following cancellation charges:

Cancellation received in writing:

• 14 working days or more prior to the event - 100% refund
  
  
• Between 5 and 14 working days prior to the event - 50% refund
  
  
• Less than 5 working days prior to the event - no refund available
