What happens after my organisation has achieved The Standard?

Once The Standard has been awarded, your organisation will be expected to continue to work towards an internal Equality Improvement Plan. This plan will be a continuation of the Equality Action Plan.
Your organisation will be re-assessed on a two yearly basis. If the assessor idenitifies that your equality and diversity practices have not progressed or have gone backward, The Standard can be withdrawn.
