Educational Action Challenging Homophobia (EACH)
EACH is the award-winning charity for young people and adults affected by homophobia. EACH provides a confidential homophobic incident reporting service covering the West of England. If you have been the target of homophobic abuse or harassment call us to report it on freephone 0808 1000 143. We also offer a Casework service covering the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area.
EACH's 0808 1000 143 number provides a freephone Actionline for children or young people across the UK who are affected by homophobic bullying. Nationally, EACH delivers training for a wide range of organisations on sexuality issues.

Swindon Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Coalition
Swindon LGBT Coalition is one of Swindon Borough Council's Equalities Coalitions. Their aim is to make sure all LGBT people living or working in the Borough are able to partcipate in reviewing, planning, developing and influencing the Services of Swindon Borough Council and Local Area Agreement. To act as a consultative forum, ensure the veiws of all LGBT people can be represented and encourage active involvement by more LGBT in local government decision making. Ensure the Council is accountable for securing equality in relation to employment and the provision of all its services and provide a networking opportunity for LGBT people.

Space Youth Project
Space Youth Project is a support group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and questioning young people in Dorset. There are social meeting groups in Bournemouth on Friday evenings and Weymouth on Tuesday evenings. Qualified youth workers can provide one to one (where young people are) e-mail/ text/ phone support. We encourage young peoples participation in everything we do. Please get in touch.
We're often looking for volunteers for loads of tasks including admin, fund-raising, finance, trustees, promotion etc. If you think you can share your skills and support with our groups we'd love to hear from you.

Outback - Newsletter for Lesbians in Cornwall and the far South West of England
Outback is dedicated to advice, guidance, referrals, information and support to women who are or think they are Lesbians. The newsletter aims to offer a community spirited form of contact and information which would extend to women in rural or isolated areas.

Over The Rainbow - LGBT Centre
A drop in centre for the LGBT community of Dorset. Open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 10am - 17.00pm.
A Sexual Health Clinic every Wednesday from 4pm - 7.30pm (by appointment only).
We offer: general health info; outreach work in the LGBT community; advocacy; coming out support; sexuality support and advice and teaching in schools/ colleges and workplaces on sexuality and sexual health.

PCS Proud
Proud is the equality group representing lesbian, gay, bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) members within the Public and Comercial Services Union (PCS). The PCS union represents Civil Servants across all government departments and outsourced workers in the commercial sector. We in Proud aim to support all LGBT members in the workplace and offer support and training to help those members tackle any problems they may face around their sexuality. PCS as a union has always been firmly committed to Equality and Diversity, and has actively campaigned on behalf of members in minority groups and communities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. The group has a National Committee with reps organising in every region / country of the UK.

Broken Rainbow - Providing Support from Domestic Abuse
This charity has a helpline and provides support for victims and survivors of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender abuse. They can be contacted on Monday and Thursdays between 2 pm - 8 pm and on Wednesdays between 10 am - 1 pm. Their confidential helpline number is 08452 60 44 60 or for a cheaper more transparent way on mobiles you can call 0300 999 LGBT (5428) and be charged at a flat BT national rate.

South West Forum
South West Forum is the regional voluntary sector network. It is a membership organisation open to voluntary and community organisations and those working with them. Around half its members are networks such as Councils for Voluntary Service and Rural Community Councils. These network members in turn support over 15,000 local voluntary and community organisations.
South West Forum works to ensure that its members are able to influence regional decisions. It is an independent charity governed by a board of trustees drawn from and elected by its members.

Monitoring of sexual orientation by Bristol drug services and prevalence and patterns of drug use amongst Bristol LGBT communities
Bristol Drug Strategy Team has had objectives relating to researching problematic drug use in LGBT communities. For a number of reasons they haven’t got as far as they would have liked to have done. They have commissioned Minotaur Communications to make recommendations on the monitoring of sexual orientation and identify the prevalence and patterns of drug use amongst Bristol LGBT communities. EACH - New Online Service Launched to Tackle Homophobic Bullying

Reach LGB Youth Bath
This group is looking for gay, lesbian and bisexual people, from anywhere in the South West of England, aged 14-21 to form a youth group based in the Bath area, to socialise with other LGB young people in the area, get involved with a variety of fun activities and useful workshops in a non-judgemental and supportive environment.
