Devon Project Dispels Gypsy Myths
Three Gypsy women have found a way to make their voices heard above media stereotypes. A project with the Devon Racial Equality Council has enabled a group of Gypsy women to put together information about some of the realities of their life and culture. Irish Traveller Movement in Britain
The Irish Travellers Movement seeks to raise the profile of Irish Travellers in Britain and increase their say in decision making processes and forums. The ITM seeks to challenge discrimination and develop national policies that ensure the inclusion of Irish Travellers in all levels of society.
