Local Government Equality Standard

Specific Duties Consultation

'Specific Duties' will set out how public bodies are required to implement the Duty. A second public consultation on the 'Specific Duties' closed on 10th November 2010 and the Duty and Specific Duties are due to come into force from April 2011.
