This booklet aims to answer questions and offer language to enable people to express themselves more fully.  It is a comprehensive guide covering: what is trans? Coming out, parents, trans groups, finding counsellors, surgical options and other identities amoungst other areas.

An Introduction to Working with Transgender People

This Department of Health booklet produced as information for health and social care staff, gives a brief introduction to working with Transgender People within the health care setting.

Bereavement - An Introduction for Transsexual, Transgender People and Their Loved Ones

This booklet has been produced to assist bereaved Trans people or friends, or the family of a Trans person who has died. It will also inform professionals such as coroners, pathologists, mortuary staff and undertakers to understand the particular needs of Trans people in the circumstances of death.
