Office Administration Assistant

Equality South West are looking to appoint an Office Administration Assistant to support our busy team to deliver high quality, effective and efficient services to our expanding network of stakeholders from across the sectors.

We’re looking for someone to fit into our friendly, fast paced and enthusiastic team with the skills, experience and confidence to provide an excellent service to all our staff and customers.

We welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds, will consider job share applications and would welcome applications from organisations wishing to explore opportunities to share administration functions.

Background of ESW

ESW are a small charity, dedicated to promoting equality and diversity throughout the South West of England. We work with partners to tackle discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.

We do this through holding regular events and seminars on a range of subjects, sharing information and good practice via our regular e:bulletin and website, delivering bespoke training to individuals and organisations and by carrying out policy and research work to help us and others understand the experiences people who face discrimination face on a day-to-day basis and how this impacts on them and society as a whole.
